Accessibility Statement
Effective April 28, 2026
Auth57 Labs is committed to making our website and products usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technologies such as screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, voice control, and screen magnification.
1. Conformance target
Auth57 Labs aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. WCAG defines requirements for designers and developers to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities.
2. Scope
This statement applies to the public Auth57 Labs marketing site at auth57labs.com, the Auth57 web application at auth57.io, and the developer surfaces at api.auth57.io and mcp.auth57.io. Embedded third-party tooling (Stripe checkout, Supabase auth flows) is governed by those vendors' own accessibility commitments.
3. How we test
- Automated checks with axe-core run during development on every page covered above.
- Manual keyboard-only navigation through primary user journeys (signup, demo, pricing, subscribe forms).
- Spot checks with VoiceOver (macOS / iOS) on hero, navigation, and form components.
- Color contrast verified against WCAG AA thresholds in design tokens and through automated scans.
4. Known limitations
Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We currently know about the following gaps and are working to resolve them:
- A small number of decorative SVGs may not yet have explicit
aria-hiddenattributes. They do not convey information and are skipped by most assistive tech, but we are tightening this. - Some marketing pages use animated motion. Users with
prefers-reduced-motionset will see reduced or no animation; we are auditing remaining cases. - PDF documents and other downloadable assets may not all be remediated. If you need an accessible version of any document linked from our site, contact us and we will provide one.
If you find a barrier we have not listed, we want to know about it.
5. Reporting an accessibility issue
Email hello@auth57labs.com with:
- The URL of the page where the issue occurred.
- A short description of the barrier.
- The assistive technology (if any) you were using.
- Your browser and operating system, if you know them.
We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within 2 business days and to resolve or provide a remediation timeline within 5 business days. Critical barriers that prevent core functionality are prioritized ahead of routine product work.
6. Compatible technologies
Auth57 is designed to work with current versions of major browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari) on desktop and mobile, and with common assistive technologies including VoiceOver, NVDA, JAWS, and TalkBack. We do not support Internet Explorer.
7. Formal complaints
If you contact us with an accessibility report and are not satisfied with our response, you can also contact the U.S. Department of Justice about ADA-related concerns. We would prefer to hear from you first so we can fix the issue directly.
8. Updates to this statement
We update this statement when our accessibility posture or remediation status changes. The effective date at the top reflects the current version.
