Pricing questions
If your question isn't here, book 15 min or email hello@auth57labs.com.
Can I subscribe to multiple products?
Yes. API subscribers get MCP included. Cafe + Compare stack on the same account. Compliance can be added to any tier as an annual add-on.
What counts against the API rate limit?
Every call to
/v1/pa-lookup and
/v1/compare. Static edge-cached hits count. Admin plans bypass. Exceeding the limit returns HTTP 429 with a
Retry-After header. See the
OpenAPI reference for specifics.
Do you accept PHI?
No. Auth57 processes only published regulatory data (state Medicaid manuals, CMS rules, payer preferred-drug lists). We are not a HIPAA Business Associate and no BAA is required. Full detail in the
Privacy Policy.
What does "verified" actually mean?
Every rule in the dataset is human-reviewed against a named primary source (state agency manual, CMS memorandum, payer formulary). The response includes source_url and last_verified so you can always audit. The Watch pipeline continuously checks for changes and re-verifies.
Can we negotiate enterprise terms?
Yes. For multi-seat Compliance engagements, custom SLAs, BAA-adjacent agreements (PHI-free workflows), or annual API volume above 100k calls/month,
book a call. We'll share enterprise pricing and MSA options.
Can I cancel anytime?
Monthly plans: yes, anytime via your dashboard or the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Annual Compliance plans are pro-rated on cancellation per the
Terms of Service.
Do prices change?
We notify active subscribers at least 30 days before any price change takes effect for them. If you don't agree, you can cancel before the new price applies. Price grandfathering is considered on a case-by-case basis for early customers.
